1.Combine lemon, white vinegar, red wine vinegar, garlic and Dijon mustard.

Roasted Vegetable Medley
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
2. Chop all vegetables and place in a large bowl.

Fruit Salad
Toss all fruit and mandarin orange juice together in large bowl and serve
Makes 4-6 servings.

White Bean Salad
DIRECTIONS:
1. Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl, set aside.
2. To make the dressing, mix together vinegar, garlic, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil until well blended.
3. Toss dressing with bean salad and marinate in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Serves 2-4

Grilled Corn and Tomato Salad
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub corn with olive oil and evenly season with garlic salt and black pepper.
3. Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes, or until most of kernels are lightly browned.
4. Remove and allow to cool.
