Neck Flexor Stretch

Back Front
Start this stretch similar to the levator stretch with one arm behind the back and head leaning toward opposite shoulder. Next, using your forearm, tilt your chin up and back while keeping head tilted to side. If done correctly, you should feel a stretching in the muscles connecting the neck to the jaw (if stretching the left side of the neck flexors, start with left arm behind the back and tilt head up and back to the right.) Hold your stretch for 15 to 30 seconds.
