Standing Pec Stretch (Doorway)

This stretch is very good for increasing external rotation in the shoulders as well as improving posture. Start by holding arms at a 90 degree angle straight out from shoulders. Next, with forearms resting on door frame, slowly lean into stretch and squeeze shoulder blades. Take care to keep your knees soft and abdominals drawn in during stretch.
