Kneeling S.B. Shouler Stretch



Stretching with a Stability Ball is an excellent way to stretch shoulders from many angles. Starting out of a 4 point stance (hands and knees), place one hand on top of ball, arch your lower back, draw in your abdominals and make sure the back of your head is the same height as your upper back. Stretch starts with arm straight and pointed overhead in twelve o'clock position. Lower your torso slowly into shoulder stretch position. Vary stretch at different angles to find tight spots and fine tune by rotating ball slightly while in stretched position.
