Standing Rear Delt Stretch with Band

Start stretch by finding a secure object slightly higher than the height of your shoulders to hold one end of band. Next, loop the other end of the band around the top of the wrist and then grab with hand. With arm across body, slowly walk out into stretched position for shoulder. To increase stretch, rotate torso away from band in stretched position.
