Stretches

Lying Hamstring with Band

Start stretch by sitting upright, legs straight and band looped around one foot. Next, lie on back and use both hands to pull leg up into stretch. To use a PNF type stretch, when leg is in stretched position, contract muscle and push leg towards the floor then relax and try to increase motion on stretch.
