Stretches

Standing Levator

Front Back
This stretch for the muscles on the side of the neck, will also affect shoulder flexibility. Start the stretch with one arm behind back. Pull arm across back with other hand. Lean your head towards opposite shoulder making sure not to turn the head. Note: Typically, you will find that one side will be tighter than the other due to the fact that most people sleep primarily on one side.
