Stretches

Seated 90 Degree Hip

Start Stop
Start with each leg at 90 degrees, hips and shoulders square. Bend forward lowering chin towards knee stretching outer hip on front leg. This stretch can be intensified by lowering chin towards mid shin, then towards heel of the front foot.
