Seated Single Leg Hamstring

This stretch is excellent for general lower back pain because you can stretch one side at a time. Start in an upright seated position with legs straight. Place sole of one foot on inner side of opposite knee and lower knee towards the foor. Lean forward to stretch lower back and hamstrings. Pull toes towards upper body to incorporate calf into stretch.
