Lateral Handwalk Drill


We use a small, cardio stepper for this exercise. While the motion could be combined with a push up, in this video, we are demonstrating it as a basic callisthenic performed by “walking” the hands from side of the stepper to up onto the platform. As in all push up motions, keep your back in a straight line from your heels to the back of your head and your abs in tight
