Lying L Flyes



This rotator cuff exercise is primarily for the external rotators (infraspinatus and teres minor). Start exercise in a side lying position with top arm at 90 degrees. Rotate shoulder so that weight is pulled from stomach to over the hip but do not lift elbow during motion. Note: It is not recommended to isolate the rotator cuff with more than 20 lbs. Start this exercise light.
