Seated Scapular Depression



This type of dip is excellent for the lower traps and rhomboids. I use this exercise on many clients to help correct rounded posture. It is also especially helpful with shoulder rehab. Start the motion similar to seated bench dips with legs straight and hips set between hands. Lower you body down without bending your elbows as if doing a shrug, then depress shoulders and push chest up.
