Single Arm D.B Snatch (kneeling on s.b.)
This is a fairly advanced movement that with require some experience with two concepts: the dumbbell snatch and kneeling on the stability ball. Because this motion requires momentum and speed, demand on the core will increase dramatically. Take care to initiate motion with a shrug, then an upright row, and finish with elbow fully extended and dumbbell over the shoulder.
