Supinating Lateral D.B. Raise



By turning the hands to palms up as the weights raise to the side, you will activate anterior deltoid. This motion make for a healthier alternative to working the front of the shoulder without doing traditional front raises. Start motion holding weights (palms together) in front of torso. Next pull straight out to side of body and immediately start rotating palms up toward ceiling. At the top of the motion you should finish palms up, elbows slightly bent, with chest up and shoulders back.
