Theraband High Pulls



This shoulder, upper back and lower trap exercise is excellent for building strength, flexibility and function of the shoulder. Start by securing a theraband at waist height. Hold handles starting parallel to the ground with elbows slightly bent, chest up, knees soft and eyes forward. Next, pull handles overhead finishing motion with arms perpendicular to the ground, elbows slightly bent, hands slightly wider than shoulder width and shoulder blades squeezed.
