Window Washers



By far, one of my favorite rotator cuff exercises and absolutely a must for any shoulder program. Start by securing a theraband to side of your body. Next, hold band (fingers up and palm out) with band running across body. Push band up and out (away) from body in a circular motion keeping your elbow under your wrist throughout motion. Perform 15 circles in one direction, then 15 more in the opposite direction for 30 reps per side, per set. Try 3 sets per arm (alternating arms each set).
