High Knee Jumps
While these are self explanatory, make sure you start in a good squat position with chest up. Next, jump as high as you can (pulling your body with an upward pumping motion of your arms). Curl your hips into your torso and attempt to hit your shoulders with your knees. Straighten your legs out just prior to landing and absorb the landing in good squat for with soft knees.
