Plyometric Deadlift



From a standing position, lower your dumbbells onto the floor. Next, shoot your feet back into a push-up position then back into a deep squat with your feet between your dumbbells again (the closer you can get your feet back into the d.b.'s ,the easier this exercise is). Once feet are between your weights jump out of the squat position and into the air as high as you can. Land softly then repeat.
