180 degree Squat Jump
*For more info on proper squatting technique see also barbell squat. From the lowering phase of a squat, explosively jump and rotate your body (twisting 180 degrees) and landing into another squat. I generally have people turn back and forth instead of in circles to prevent dizziness.
