Push Up (floor to benches)
Benches should be spaced slightly wider than your shoulders. Begin push up by lowering upper body toward the floor then explosively push off and pull your head and upper body up as high as you can. Land with your hands on the benches and back straight. Perform desired amount of repetitions, but prioritize good form.
