D.B. Front Squat



Squats can be done various ways including with a barbell, walking, and jumping. In this example, a dumbbell is used to provide resistance during the exercise. As you start the exercise, push back on hips and out on knees as you begin the lowering phase. It is important to keep chest up, and shoulders back as well. Make sure to use a stance just wider than shoulder width, keep knees and toes turned out slightly.
