Leg Extension



Bread and butter for bodybuilders looking to develop their quadriceps muscles in the front of their thighs. I recommend setting seat back such that your kneecaps are at the edge of the seat pad and lined up with the axis to the cam on the machine (typically marked as a red or black dot on side of machine near the weight stack). Your foot pad should be adjusted to the front of your ankle and top of your foot.
