Seated Cable Toe Pull



Another exercise for the anterior tibialis (a muscle in the front of the shin). This is the weighted version of the toe pull. Imbalances on sides is one of the number one reasons for injury in the body and these are important exercises because they oppose the calf in the lower leg. Setup exercise with a straight bar attachment on a lower pulley of a cable crossover machine. Try to pull bar back as far as you can toward your shins and finish motion with feet perpendicular to the floor.
