Seated Hamstring Curls



This is another variation of a hamstring curl machine. For the back of your thigh, you curl the weight toward your hips. Remember to set up seat back such that your knees are at the edge of the seat pad. Foot pad should be set just above the back of your shoes. Hamstrings tend to primarily fast twitch in muscle fiber composition and that being said, they will respond better to heavier loads and lower repetitions (6-10).
