Single Leg Cable Squat



Hold a handle attachment on a low pulley of a cable crossover in one hand. Squat should be performed on the opposite side leg (squat on right leg, handle in left hand). As you squat, make sure you reach back with your hips, and keep shin (of squatting leg) perpendicular to the floor. Also, to minimize rotation, keep shoulders pinched back and chest up.
