Stability Ball Squat



While I am not advocating that you try this one, it is worth showing because there are people out there already doing it. I teach this motion inside a power rack. I give my clients the sides of the rack to hold onto and initially this allows them to safely practice balancing in a standing posture. Eventually we teach the squat (while holding on) and that progresses to squatting without holding on to the rack.
