Swiss Ball Wall Squats



By using the stability ball against the wall, it is easy to learn the stationary bodyweight squat. Start with ball positioned behind the lower back (between the tail bone and the middle of the back), Heels should be shoulder width, slightly angled outward, and set slightly in front of ball. As you bend your knees into the squat, push hips back and toward the wall and out on knees.
