Bodyweight Hamstring Curls (at lat pulldown)



Hamstring curls can be performed at a lat pulldown (facing out) or on a glute / ham machine. In this video, Rona is using a box to buffer the range of motion (optional). Make sure your toes are pointed toward the floor, and your chest is up throughout the rep. As you lower toward the floor, open your knees, do not bend at the hips. Keep your hands out in front of you in case you need a push up motion to assist you when you get up.
