Standing S.B. Arnold Press

Start Stop
This highly advanced exercise should not be attempted without thorough proficiency is standing and squatting on the ball. By standing on the ball and rotating the weights outside the shoulders, the shift in balance will cause high demand from the ankles, hips, core (abs and lower back) as well as the shoulders. This exercise is easier learned single arm so the free arm can spot the motion (preferably in a squat cage).
