Bodybar Overhead Raise w Squat
A light Bodybar can be an effective way to learn proper form on the overhead squat. This motion starts with Bodybar held wide grip with elbows straight on top of thighs in a slightly wider than shoulders width stance. As bar is pulled to overhead, keep eyes and chest up and drop hips back into full squat position.
