Burpee



Begin standing with arms at your side. Next, squat down and place palms on the ground and shoot your feet back and into a push up position. Then, jump your feet back in-between your hands and jump up off the ground. Recover in standing position and repeat for desired reps. This movement is different from a squat thrust because in a squat thrust you do not jump up (you would simple stand). Both movements work your stamina and guarantee to build endurance. Both can also be done holding dumbbells for added resistance.
