Hindus



Hindus are a type of push up which emphasize the shoulders and triceps. Start in a modified push up position with feet closer to hands and hips up. Lower your body (head first) toward the floor (behind the hands) letting elbows bend and point outside of shoulders. Next, lower the torso toward the floor and begin bringing the head up. As the head gets in front of the hands, tuck the elbows in, push the torso up and finally, hips back to reset motion.
