Walkout wPush Up



This callisthenic makes an excellent warm up movement pre workout. Start with legs straight in a "toe touch" hamstring stretch. Next, walk hands out to a push up position with back flat, abs drawn in and your body making a straight (diagonal) line from the back of your head to your heels. Hold position for 1- 2 seconds then either perform a push up, or simply walk hands back toward toes into another stretch.
