Full Body Curl

Start Mid Stop
The full body ab curl is an advanced version of the hanging knee up. Start exercise as hanging from a pull up bar with grip pronated. Next, pull down on shoulder blades and kick legs up simultaneously. As you legs reach midpoint in the motion, tuck your tail bone contract your abs pushing feet toward the pull up bar. When you reach the top of the motion pause, then lower legs slowly to full hang.
