Kneeling Cable Woodchop

Kneeling inhibits the hips and thighs (and puts more load on the abdominals) on this variation of the cable woodchop. In this example the lifter has left knee (which is the closest side to the cable) forward. Weight is over the lifters left shoulder and will prioritize the left side external oblique muscles and the right side internal oblique muscles in a cross-body (or contra lateral) motion.
