Step and Twist with Theraband



When it comes to function, multi-joint exercises are the way to go. This one in particular uses, thighs, hips, oblique muscles on the side of your torso (and lower back), as well as your shoulders. Take care not to step out into a straight line with your feet. They should be hip width apart regardless of how far out you step. Also take care to keep your chest up and rotate your entire torso into the motion.
