Hammer Strength Incline Press



The Hammer Strength brand of equipment can be pressed together or unilaterally (one side at a time). The incline press shown here targets the upper pec muscles in the chest as well as the deltoid and triceps muscles. Take care to set the seat height correctly so that handle position sits just outside the middle of your chest. In most routines, machine work should be done at the end of a routine when the stabilizers of the shoulder are exhausted.
