Alternating Med Ball Push Ups



Begin with one hand on the ground and the other on top of a medicine ball. Hands should be slightly wider than your shoulders and you should make sure your head is out in front of your hands. Begin by performing a single push up, then roll the ball to the opposite hand for the next. It helps to balance your body by keeping your feet in a wide stance initially. This is an intermediate movement and you should be able to perform at least 20 push-ups with good form prior to adding it to your routine.
