D.B. Floor Flye



Flyes are primarily done for stretching and shaping the shoulders and pec muscles. By doing them while lying on the floor, you can buffer the range of motion in the shoulder making it easier to do without a spot. Also, but limiting range of motion, more weight can be used making it effective for building strength. I would typically put this type of exercise toward the end of a workout or in a superset with a compound motion like the push up.
