D.B. Floor Press



The d.b. floor press is commonly used as to prioritize the chest and triceps. Because the range of motion is limited, these tend to be easier on the shoulder joints. I typically have clients slowly lower their elbows and pause the motion on the floor for a full second each repetition. I always recommend my clients set the weights in their lap prior to laying back and beginning the press. This is much easier on your shoulders than laying back then grabbing them.
