D.B. Push Ups



Dumbbell push ups reduce stress on the wrists and forearms. Also, by having something to grip onto, there is an increase in forearm and bicep use which will result in greater stability of the shoulder joint. Hold d.b's outside chest and when angled to cause palms to face each other, the result is elbows staying closer to torso and an increased activation of the triceps.
