Decline D.B. Flye

Decline flyes provide an excellent way to shape the lower pec muscles. Because the weight is pressed more over the stomach than the shoulders, this type of flye motion tends to be easier on shoulder joints. Start motion lying back on declined bench with body at an angle between 30-45 degrees. Lower d.b.'s outside chest slowly allowing elbows to bend slightly. This motion is meant to stretch and elongate the muscles in the chest and shoulders but care should be taken not to allow weights to lower and cause pain.
