Low Pulley Flyes



The low pulley fly is an excellent way to hit the upper portion of your pec musces. It also tends to be a little easier on shoulder joints than many of the fly motions. Start with low pulley handle attachments in a cable crossover held palm out with arms straight. Next, pull up on handles to chin height (palms facing up) and bring hands together using your biceps to squeeze your chest muscles. Try pausing weight at the top of the motion for a 2 count on each rep.
