Lying D.B. Chest Press on S.B. (pushpull)



This is an advanced exercise that I typically teach people after they learn a standard bilateral press. It requires much more balance and core strength than the regular S.B. Press. Begin motion with one arm in press position and one arm at end range of motion (slightly outside the pec). As you press one arm, the other arm lowers at the same speed. Allowing the ball to roll side to side on the press and increasing speed increases demand on the core.
