S.B. Push Up (feet on ball)



Using a stability ball while doing the push up will help to develop whole body stabilization. Core demands go up significantly making this movement much more of a full body exercise. The best way to learn this motion is to start push up with knees on the ball. As you build strength, you can progress to the shins, or feet (or even just toes on ball). Feeling strong? Try just one foot on the ball with leg straight for a real challenge.
