Stability Push Up D.B



Doing push ups on top of dumbbells is an excellent way to work shoulder stability. Start in push up position on top of two small d.b.'s (weight is insignificant but smaller is harder). Use standard push up form with back straight, head neutral, and abs in with feet shoulder width. Lower torso slowly down to chest between d.b.'s then press up to lockout position.
