Suspended Chest Flyes



Blast Straps hanging in the power rack make an excellent way to turn a chest flye in to a full body motion. Set height of straps between 24-36" off floor (lower to the ground is harder). Lower your body down at an angle perpendicular to the straps with your head up and eyes forward, body should be rigid with abs drawn in. Although this motion is meant to elongate the pec muscles, care should be taken to not cause pain in the shoulder at any point in the motion.
