Rows in Push Up Position

This row makes a fantastic full body exercise. Muscle worked include upper and lower back, biceps and abdominal muscles (including obliques). Start in push up position holding d.b.'s with feet shoudler width, back straight and head neutral. Row one weight outside your chest allowing torso to twist as you do. Return weight to start position and repeat with opposite side.
