Mixed Grip Pull Up

Start Stop
The mixed grip pull up is similar to the pull up alternating chin to wrist. With a pronated grip on one side (palm down), and a supinated grip on the other (palm out), the lat on the side using the supinated grip is prioritized. Grip should rotate from set to set to ensure working the lats evenly. This exercise is also very good when grip strength is fatigued.
