Lying Flye

Start Stop
One of the best exercises for targeting the rear delts and upper back. By starting with arms straight out from shoulders you keep the emphasis out of the lats. Start this exercise stomach down, with chest up and back of the head flushed with your upper back (not hyper-extended, looking forward). Raise weights without bending the elbows and squeeze shoulder blades then lower slowly.
